Top 4 star hotel with over 40 rooms in Cheshire seeks a Front Office Manager with hotel experience to manage their busy front office team. You will need to have previous front office and managerial experience and knowledge of payroll, yield management, rotas and a good understanding of food and beverage. You will be overseeing a team of 20 staff so good team leading skills are also required. Should have good face-to-face skills, excellent communication skills and be able to lead a team. You must have experience of working on a reception desk, checking in*out, bookings and answering guest queries in order to understand and motivate your team. Working 5 out of 7 days on shifts.
